Having completed my training at University College London with a BSc (Hons) in Speech Sciences in 1998 I have now have over 25 years’ experience.

I worked in the NHS as a Speech and Language Therapist for a number of years trying to find my perfect job.

In 2006 I set up my independent practice. I am pleased to say I have now found my perfect job. With my colleagues we are able to provide speech and language therapy to families and children providing the type and amount of therapy that is felt to be best suited to the individual and family we are working with.

I have three children of my own so understand the pressures that parents face when trying to help their children achieve their full potential. We can do this within a fun, relaxed atmosphere so the children hopefully never realise how hard they are working!

I have to admit to being an outdoorsy person and love nothing better than a family walk on a Sunday afternoon or sneaking off and indulging my love of riding.

Little known facts about me:

• I cannot surf to save my life!
• I hate not doing something that scares me
  (just a little bit)!
